Hunters Element never settle on past results and they continue to incorporate the latest technology into everything we do. The Odyssey was no exception after 18 months of design and testing, and 4 years on the market.

Every detail on this highly technical jacket has been scrutinised, resulting in a hyper-breathable, packable, light and waterproof garment, perfectly designed for every hunter, on every hunt.

This advanced fabric is made from REPREVE® recycled fabric, diverting 68 plastic bottles from landfills and waterways.

The V2 cut includes a lifted collar, which sits higher and covers more of the face, improving comfort in potential conditions.

DURAWEAVE ULTRA™ and HYDRAFUSE™ ULTRA™

The new DURAWEAVE ULTRA™ outer fabric is rugged and quiet. The new HYDRAFUSE™ ULTRA™ membrane has an all-new, thicker construction making for our most durable, waterproof and breathable fabric ever. The laminated internal backing layer is made from a new thicker 40D nylon which is 2.25x more durable than almost

everything else on the market.

The Odyssey V2 has a hydrostatic pressure 22,000mm waterproof rating, and a 15,000gm/m2/24hrs breathability rating. The DURAWEAVE ULTRA™ is treated with an advanced PFC-free Durable Water Repellent finish.

ADJUSTABLE TUNNELTECH™ HOOD WITH COHAESIVE™ ADJUSTMENT SYSTEM

The tunneltech™ hood design has an ergonomically designed shape with a stiff peak, keeping the rain out of your face however you choose to adjust the hood.

It has a rear one-touch puller to draw back the sides, providing excellent peripheral vision.

The one-touch puller cords on both sides tighten the hood around the face while leaving the peak in place, ensuring your hood stays up in even the strongest winds. 

The Cohaesive™ single-handed cord adjustment system is recognised as the world's best cord management hardware. Resilient, durable and functional components embedded directly into the fabric of the jacket allow for effortless one-handed adjustments in crucial moments when on the move.

ANTI-SLIP SHOULDERS AND GIANT PIT ZIPS

Large anti-slip transparent shoulder grips prevent your bag strap or gun sling from sliding off your shoulder, even in wet conditions.

Our giant pit zips allow you to dump heat on the move, including deal-sliders so you can adjust them in whichever way feels best.

CHUNKY YKK®, DUAL, FULL-LENGTH ZIPPER

The main full-length zip is a chunky YKK® model, so you don't need to faff around trying to get the damn thing done up! They're easier to connect and grip with cold hands or gloves. The dual sliders mean you can keep it done up while opening the zip from the bottom. On a longer-length jacket like this, that means an increased range of movement on those uphill slogs.

MICRO SEAM TAPE

Our new micro seam tape is 5mm smaller in width than industry standard waterproof outer-layers. This may not sound like a lot, but over the whole garment, this adds up to a lot more exposed breathable fabric and a lot less weight and bulk. Every little bit helps!
